About the Role

We are seeking a commercially minded Graphic Designer with experience working on diverse projects across various departments. The ideal candidate is adaptable, able to collaborate with multiple stakeholders, and can deliver creative solutions that align with business goals. Strong attention to detail and confidence in managing various design tasks in a fast-paced environment are key to success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design visual content for SAPI’s marketing materials, including presentations, brochures, social media assets, website graphics, and event materials.
  • Collaborate with the sales and product teams, as well as marketing consultants and company senior managers to develop and maintain a cohesive visual identity across all digital and print platforms.
  • Create infographics, data visualisations, and other forms of visual content that simplify and communicate complex concepts related to our liquidity products and services.
  • Work closely with the product team to develop design elements or frameworks that align with the SAPI brand and enhance user experience.
  • Ensure all designs align with SAPI’s brand guidelines and contribute to refining and updating these guidelines as necessary.
  • Prepare artwork and designs for both digital and print platforms, ensuring high-quality output across different formats.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and design software to bring innovative ideas to the table.
  • Collaborate with external marketers, vendors and agencies when necessary to manage outsourced design work.
Requirements
  • A bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communication, marketing or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably within fintech, tech, or B2B environments.
  • Proficiency in design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Figma, and other relevant tools.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating a keen eye for design, creativity, and consistency in branding.
  • Experience in UI/UX design is a plus, but not required.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across different teams.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
