Meet the team:

Join our Corporate Presentations and Design team, where creativity meets strategy and innovation. As a Graphic Designer II in our department, you'll collaborate closely with corporate leadership, branding, marketing, and support teams to create visually stunning presentations and proposals. This role offers a unique opportunity to showcase your design prowess while contributing to projects that shape our company's image and success.

Where you come in:

  • You will be the driving force behind crafting visually captivating presentations and proposals for various audiences.
  • You will collaborate closely with executive leadership, design, branding, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding.
  • You will analyze data and creatively present insights, transforming business objectives into compelling storyboards that resonate with our stakeholders.
  • You will create design solutions and presentations and format slides/pages for consistency and clarity, ensuring each presentation reflects our brand identity.
  • You will utilize Adobe Creative Cloud and other design tools to bring your designs to life, incorporating multimedia elements as needed.
  • You will ensure quality control by reviewing page proof and adhering to style standards before project completion, ensuring our work maintains the highest standards of excellence.

What makes you successful:

  • You are an experienced presentation or graphic designer, ideally within a Presentation Design Center of Excellence, for 1 to 3 years.
  • You have strong collaboration skills and experience working with executive leadership, branding, and marketing teams.
  • You possess proficiency in PowerPoint, PowerBi, Tableau, and SharePoint, along with Adobe Creative Cloud for design work.
  • You excel in template creation, slide formatting, data analysis, and data storytelling, translating complex concepts into engaging visual narratives.
  • You have exceptional communication skills and a keen eye for detail, ensuring accuracy and clarity in all your work.
  • You can work independently with minimal supervision, adapting to varied work schedules and deadlines with ease.
  • You demonstrate a high level of creativity and innovation, continually seeking new ways to improve our design standards and enhance our brand identity.
  • You have a strong understanding of marketing principles, multimedia design, and emerging trends in audience engagement.
  • You have a strong proficiency in using both macOS and Windows operating systems.
  • Nice to have:
    • Advanced degrees or certifications in graphic design, marketing, or related fields.
    • Knowledge of motion graphics, storyboarding, visual effects, and audio editing is a plus.
