Job Description
- Engaging design and relevant visual content for social media & e-commerce platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Tokopedia, Shopee, etc).
- Adjust designs to fit the size and specifications recommended by each platform.
- Follow the latest design trends to ensure content remains fresh and innovative, but in line with brand guidelines.
- Optimize designs to look appealing on both mobile and desktop devices.
- Edit videos from existing master materials, including clip cutting, sequencing, adding visual effects, transitions, and audio.
- Add graphic elements such as text, logos, and graphics to enrich the visuals and the information presented in the video.
- Design posters for events, promotions, and other marketing materials, considering effective composition and visual aesthetics.
- Use graphic design principles to create posters that are visually appealing, easy to read, and clearly convey the message.
- Ensure consistency in design elements (fonts, colors, logos, etc.) in line with existing brand guidelines.
- Design effective POSM, including banners, brochures, leaflets, flags, and other printed materials for in-store promotions.
- Develop designs that capture customers' attention and facilitate communication of the product or promotion.
- Follow brand guidelines in every POSM material to ensure alignment with the company’s visual identity.
- Coordinate with vendors for samples and production of POSM.
- Design exhibition booth layouts that are attractive, functional, and in line with the event theme.
- Determine the graphic elements to be used in the booth, including banners, backdrops, product displays, and signage.
- Ensure the booth design fits the available space and creates an enjoyable experience for visitors.
Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Additional education in marketing or multimedia is a plus.
- At least 1-3 years of work experience in graphic design or related positions (especially in social media design, video, and promotional materials).
- Experience designing POSM and event designs (booths) is a plus.
- Strong graphic design skills with a deep understanding of design principles (typography, composition, color, etc.).
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro, and other design tools.
- Video editing skills (using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.) and understanding of storytelling and video pacing.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and multitask.
- Highly creative with strong problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with marketing and creative teams.
- Detail-oriented.
- High initiative and ability to propose creative ideas.
- Ability to accept feedback and improve designs as per team requirements.
- Quick adaptability to changing design trends and company needs.
- Strong communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
