Job Description:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Design Intern to join our team for a 6-month internship. This role will focus on the localization of e-commerce assets and digital design, contributing to projects that enhance our brand’s online presence and customer engagement. The intern will collaborate with cross-functional teams to adapt and design assets for diverse markets while maintaining brand consistency.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for graphic design and digital media to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Specific responsibilities include:

  • Localization of E-Commerce Assets: Adapt designs for different markets while maintaining alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Digital Asset Design: Develop assets for websites, social media, and email campaigns.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite: Work extensively with Adobe InDesign, XD, Illustrator, and Photoshop to create and modify designs.
  • Collaborative Projects: Partner with marketing and creative teams to execute multi-platform campaigns.
  • File Management: Maintain and organize design files for seamless workflow and project tracking.
  • Quality Control: Ensure all assets meet quality standards and are ready for production or deployment.
  • Feedback Integration: Implement revisions based on feedback to optimize designs for impact and usability.
  • Manage multiple design projects at once, ensuring all deadlines are met and priorities balanced in a fast-paced environment.
  • Uphold the Company’s affirmative action plan and make good faith efforts to achieve affirmative action goals and timetables.
  • Comply with Health and Safety requirements of Belkin.

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Educational Background: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, XD, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
  • Digital Design Acumen: Familiarity with designing for websites, social media, and other digital platforms.
  • Attention to Detail: A keen eye for typography, color, and layout consistency.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to articulate design choices and collaborate effectively with team members.
  • Adaptability: Capable of juggling multiple projects and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
