Job Description
Key tasks, responsibilities and challenges of the role:
- Assist in the optimisation of production and manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, safety, sustainability and quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functionally teams on the digitalisation of quality inspections
- Conduct problem solving exercises to support Quality Improvement Initiatives
- Analyse plant performance trends and pro-actively manage KPIs to prevent failure
- Conduct product audits, testing and report on the findings
- Support the Quality Systems Management

Qualifications
What distinguishes you
- Bachelor's degree in a Quality related discipline
- Willing to undertake a master’s degree study
- You have excellent writing skills, with the ability to be creative on all topics and modify styles to suit varying target audiences and channels.
- You have strong conceptual and analytical skills, with the ability to report effectively.
- Be a communicator: have a relatively outgoing personality, with a moral compass.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- IT literate.

Additional Information
This is a fixed-term position. This position is open to individuals who are willing to undertake part-time study at Masters level.
