Graduate Program - Technology Development stream

We’re looking for two Technology Graduates to join our Tech Development Graduate Program stream in our stunning Barangaroo, Sydney office! The program is a 24 month fixed-term contract with employment anticipated to commence in February 2026.

What You’ll Be Working On: 

The program is designed to give you hands-on, real-world experience as you rotate through diverse teams within our Technology Development department. You'll deepen your expertise, tackle exciting challenges, and build a strong foundation for long-term success in the industry.

During your first 12 months with us, you will join six of the teams within CMC APAC’s Technology Development department. The squads included work across frontend, backend and mobile development. For your second year, you will have the opportunity to select your two preferred teams to see out the remaining 12 months of your program.

As a Technology Development Graduate, you will gain exposure to: 

• Actively contributing to team discussions to identify potential solutions and improvements 
• Sharpen your technical skills while working on a wide array of projects and initiatives, gaining hands-on experience, and developing a deep understanding of key functions and processes
• Demonstrating an ability to learn quickly and pick up new processes and technologies
• A buddy system during every rotation, regular coaching and mentoring, and opportunities for networking

What Will Help You Be Successful:

• Having recently graduated (within two years of application date) or completing your relevant tertiary study in 2025
• A passion for programming and a keen interest in Financial Services
• Great communication skills and someone who enjoys being part of a team
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Good analytical and problem solving skills
• Eligibility to work in Australia permanently
