Graduate - AI Engineer – Development of LLM Agents (f/m/d)
In 18 months, you build up knowledge for your target function as – Graduate AI Engineer – Development of LLM Agents and get to know other business units. You will not only expand your professional expertise but also develop your social and personal skills through exciting seminars, such as the onboarding week in Liechtenstein, and interactions with internal and external experts. A particular highlight is the two-week seminar in Singapore, where you will gain insights into Asian Private Banking and work on a joint project. During your time as a graduate, you will be accompanied by an experienced mentor who will support you in your professional and personal development. In alignment with our sustainable corporate philosophy, you will have the chance to commit for a social project. In your future role as AI Engineer – Development of LLM Agents you will focus on the following tasks:
- Active participation in daily operations, ensuring efficient workflow and task management.
- Support DAG engineers in designing, developing, and implementing advanced AI models and algorithms, with a particular focus on large language models (LLMs).
- Collaborate closely with the Platform, Infrastructure, and Technology Services teams to integrate cutting-edge GenAI solutions into our systems.
- Utilize DevOps best practices to streamline deployment processes and enhance system reliability.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to AI model performance and system integration.
- Contribute to the documentation of processes, models, and algorithms to support knowledge sharing and team collaboration.
Requirements
- A very good current Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, Information Technology or Engineering with a focus on Generative AI and Data Science.
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, C#, or Go with experience in AI and machine learning frameworks.
- Familiarity with Agentic AI, RAG, Prompt engineering, knowledge graphs and DevOps, MLOps, or LLMOps
- Knowledge of Microsoft Azure is advantageous (certification beneficial).
- Excellent command of English is required, German is a plus.
- Ability to innovate, initiative and commitment with high quality standards.
- Competence in identifying issues, analysing situations, and developing effective solutions.
- Ability to work and deliver effectively within and across teams to achieve common goals as well as contributing to a positive atmosphere.
