About the job
Our Mission:
Our mission is to lead the ONE GRA regulatory strategic practices & Transversal Product Strategy Committee (TPSC), to ensure the effective use and enhancement of the “GRA Blueprint Model”. Contribute to developing SANOFI’s strategy both in Data Protection and Privacy to assist in Sanofi’s efforts to be in full compliance with Data Protection principles and legislation and avoiding risk of dissemination of confidential information
Main responsibilities:
- ExCom / GRA LT Support:
- Assist the GRA Portfolio Strategy Head in delivering reliable data to ExCom / GRA LT in a timely manner (e.g., submission/approval/facilitated pathway extracts, statistical analysis) Contribute to roll out and maintenance of the new R&D Project Risk Management Tool within GRA (training, functional support) and encourage it’s use and adhesion.
- R&D Project Risk Management:
- Contribute to the rollout and maintenance of the new R&D Project Risk Management Tool within GRA
- Provide training and functional support to encourage tool adoption and adherence
- R&D Risk Training:
- Enhance GRA risk materials and organize specific learning sessions
- Conduct Part 1 of GRA R&D risk workshops for Global Regulatory Teams (GRT)
- BluePrint:
Responsible for developing and delivering BluePrint training materials and sessions for all regulatory teams worldwide (newcomers and refreshers), responsible for Global Simultaneous Submission (GSS) SharePoint maintenance and support Innovation Hub.
- Functional Data Privacy Officer (FPO):
- Serve as the FPO for GRA, contributing to Sanofi's data privacy strategy
- Ensure compliance with data privacy principles and legislation
- Liaise with all GRA departments (Global, Operations, and Regions)
- Anatomical Therapeutic Classification (ATC):
- Lead all ATC code requests with WHO received from GRLs
- Work towards successfully obtaining ATC code and Defined Daily Dose (DDD) assignments
About you
Experience and Skills:
- Effective communication and organizational skills, with excellent oral and written presentation abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) for creating presentations, documents, and reports
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Highly organized with strong multi-tasking skills to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive data
- Ability to quickly grasp new concepts and learn efficiently.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with regulatory affairs and pharmaceutical industry practice.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field is preferred
- Strong command of English in both verbal and written communication
