About You:
- Academic Standing: Current Senior, expecting to graduate in Winter 2024 or Spring 2025
- Field of Study: Majors in Advertising, Communications, and related fields
- Insightful and Proactive: You excel at uncovering insights and turning creative ideas into reality through your proactive approach.
- Internet Savvy: You're a digital native, fluent in social media trends and the depths of YouTube, TikTok, and Reddit.
- Detail-Oriented: Your meticulous approach ensures every detail shines, even when juggling multiple projects.
- A Diversity Champion: You actively foster an inclusive culture and use your cultural competence to propel both agency and client success.
What You’ll Need:
- Shared Values: Passion for community empowerment and lifelong learning
- Commitment: Be available for a 3-month program, with the potential to extend to 6 months.
- Location: Be ready to work in one of our offices in Dallas, Chicago, New York, Dallas, Miami
- Full-Time Availability: 40 hours/week, Monday to Friday
