Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Order Management (Glovia) Senior Technical Developer for providing system design, development, integration, and optimization for the Glovia Order Management (OM) software. This role combines deep technical expertise with business process knowledge to ensure optimal performance and functionality of the Glovia OM system.
Responsibilities:
- Technical Support and Troubleshooting:
- Provide advanced technical support for Glovia OM software
- Diagnose and resolve complex system issues
- Develop and implement solutions to enhance system performance
- System Analysis and Optimization:
- Conduct in-depth analysis of Glovia OM processes and workflows
- Identify areas for improvement and optimization
- Integration and Customization:
- Design and implement custom solutions within Glovia OM
- Integrate Glovia OM with other enterprise systems
- Project Management:
- Lead technical aspects of Glovia OM implementation projects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
- Manage timelines, resources, and deliverables
- Documentation and Training:
- Create and maintain technical documentation
- Develop training materials for end-users and IT staff
- Conduct training sessions on Glovia OM functionalities
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field
- 5+ years of experience with Order Management systems (Glovia OM a plus)
- Strong understanding of order management and inventory processes
- Advanced knowledge of OM architecture and functionality
- Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and database management
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Customer-focused mindset with strong interpersonal skills
