Job Description:
This opportunity is part of the Global Technology Infrastructure & Operations team (GTIO), where our mission is to deliver modern and relevant technology that supports the way McDonald's works. We provide best-in-class foundational technology products and services including Global Networking, Cloud, End User Infrastructure, and IT Service Management. It's our goal to always provide an engaging, relevant, and simple experience for our customers.
The Technical Product Analyst, End User Infrastructure & Operations, reports to the GTIO Senior Manager. This role will be responsible for developing relationships with our customers and partners to understand their needs, assist with end user services, operations, and adoption planning. This individual supports internal team governance to ensure team priorities align with the overall team strategy. This role will be instrumental in implementing the team vision of locally relevant and globally consistent end-user infrastructure platforms, services, and capabilities.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced technology specialist to help craft the transformation of infrastructure and operations products and services for the entire McDonald's environment.
Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

  • Develop deep understanding of all aspects of the EUIO platforms and capabilities offering, including global standards, prerequisites, and limitations for adoption.
  • Educate stakeholders on Microsoft AI capabilities, potential use cases, and implementation strategies.
  • Iterate on design feedback to refine and optimize solutions.
  • Work closely with technical architecture, legal, and Gen AI teams to ensure business requirements are translated into secure scalable solutions.
  • Understand McDonald's current support landscape of tools, processes, standards, automation, monitoring, hardware, and more.
  • Serve as the bridge between the technical and business aspects of the product and/or service.
  • Builds and maintains strong working relationships with multiple diverse stakeholders across the company, including members of executive leadership.
  • Continuously solicit feedback and evaluate EUIO's operational processes to find opportunities for the EUIO team to deliver faster, better, and more efficient solutions for our stakeholders.

The expected salary range for this role is $98,140 - $125,130 per year

Qualifications:

  • Passion for online and mobile technology, and knowledge of industry structure, trends, and influential companies.
  • Proficient in delivering clear and concise messages to senior collaborators through written and verbal communication.
  • 4+ years of product execution / technical business analyst experience with a Bachelor's degree or 2+ years relevant experience and a Master's degree.
  • 3+ years of experience working with Microsoft products
  • Direct experience on an Agile team.
  • Demonstrated capabilities working in Jira and Confluence.
  • Extremely knowledgeable about software development/programming due to the technical nature of the role.


Preferred Qualifications

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in change and design initiatives, covering areas such as artificial intelligence, operations, IT, and product development.
