This hybrid role is based out of Locus Robotics' new corporate headquarters in Wilmington, MA.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate on global recruiting activities, including posting roles and maintaining the Greenhouse recruiting platform.
- Assist with scheduling virtual and onsite interviews to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
- Contribute to the creation and posting of recruitment campaigns across social media and job boards to attract top talent.
- Assist in the development of the Summer 2026 Internship Program.
Qualifications
- Rising Junior or Senior enrolled in a B.S in Human Resources, Communications, or related degree or one-year postgraduate.
- Eager to learn, highly organized, and detail-oriented.
- Strong time management skills required to prioritize multiple projects to complete responsibilities in a timely fashion.
- Experience with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and Zoom.
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
