The Role
The primary purpose of the Global Systems Operations Specialist role is to support the Manager, Global Sales Systems who manages the order management system, AdBook, used by the Revenue Organization within Condé Nast.
This includes AdBook day to day end user support, executing against requests submitted by the business to enhance or modify AdBook, supporting the management of the AdBook product catalog, and assisting with daily system maintenance spanning from user management to troubleshooting issues encountered by end users.
This role will report to the Manager, Global Sales Systems. This role will support a mix of Condé Nast’s US market as well as Condé Nast’s European markets including the UK, Spain, Italy, France, and Germany as needed.
What will you be doing?

User Support / ticket response via ServiceNow tool

Test and verify new functionality

Create and distribute release notes to the business

Proactively anticipate internal AdBook user groups’ business needs

Create and deliver reports to the business

Requirements documentation

Deliver training on new and existing functionality

Maintain training documentation
-
Collect end user feedback and proactively identify opportunities for improvement

Liaise with Technology and vendors, as applicable, to deliver new functionality

Participate in feature refinement sessions with Tech team

Execute against roadmap initiatives

Support the development and maintenance of the AdBook product catalog which includes display, video, social, email products, and print products

Support new market launches as needed
Who you are:
-
Minimum 2+ years of media planning, ad operations, or other relevant media industry experience
-
Effective communication, problem solving, and detail orientation
-
Strong understanding of the inner workings of a digital advertising organization
-
Ability to orchestrate cross-functional tasks and collaborate across multiple internal teams
-
Intermediate Excel knowledge desired

First hand experience using Salesforce, AdBook (or other OMS), and/or GAM (Google Ad Manager) a plus

Fluency in French, Spanish, Italian, and/or German a plus

Bachelor’s degree
