Tenstorrent is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Supply Chain Manager with expertise in managing suppliers and supply chain to join our dynamic team. This position will report directly to the Director of Commodity Management and make an impact in our growing team.
This role is remote, based out of Taiwan.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement global supply chain strategies to ensure timely delivery of various custom products to meet business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, manufacturing, procurement, and logistics to optimize supply chain processes.
- Manage relationships with key suppliers and contract manufacturers to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and reliability of the supply chain.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation plans to address supply chain disruptions.
- Monitor market trends, industry developments, and regulatory changes to anticipate potential impacts on the supply chain.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, agility, and sustainability of the supply chain operations.
- Lead negotiations with suppliers to secure favorable terms and pricing agreements.
- Identify and implement cost reduction initiatives throughout the supply chain.
Experience & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, engineering, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management, with a focus on managing suppliers based out of Asia
- Proven experience in managing global supply chains, preferably in high-tech or semiconductor companies.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage competing priorities.
- Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
