Ipsen has an ambitious development strategy and plans for geo-expansion growth. We invite you to join our global Supply Chain team as a Launch Project Manager. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the launch of our new innovative drugs worldwide, making a significant impact on patients' lives. This newly established position is within the Supply Chain Product Life Cycle team and reports to the Supply Chain PLC Director.
As Global Supply Chain Launch PMO, you will be responsible for all the geographic expansion launches for your drug families (new acquisitions by Ipsen, new licensing agreements…), from demand management, external manufacturing set up to logistics until 1st order in the country. You will play a key role in executing the launch plans and standards to quickly bring the new drug to market after approval.
It is also your responsibility to interact and align with various stakeholders, including market access, asset teams, external manufacturing, and affiliates.
Key areas of responsibility:

Macro planning, critical path & business case for each launch project, and align the different stakeholders

Accountability for around 7-10 launch projects along the year (various complexity, different countries, various launch stage)

Toll Gate reviews across Supply Chain & External Manufacturing to move your launch projects to the next phase

Engagement of the cross-functional project team (global and local functions) to deliver the expected launch date in the country

Brand S&OP meetings to bring launch insights and capture business expectations or new market trends

For the 1st launch, in collaboration with External Manufacturing team, lead the Supply Chain stream (accountable for all the Supply Chain activities)
What we are looking for :

Ideal : Engineering degree with 5+ year experience in Supply Chain, demonstrated experience in healthcare launches and experience in matrix or global organization with a good knowledge on pharmaceutical local requirements (Regulatory, Serialization, local distribution…)

Minimum : Engineering degree with relevant project management experience in pharmaceutical industry or launches in FMCG or luxury

Proven cross functional people engagement and leadership skills with strong communication and organizational skills

Perfect understanding & capability on project management principles (planning, routines, critical path, stakeholder management…)

Excellent attention to detail, self-motivated and autonomous, and ability to work to tight or changing deadlines

Operational Excellence mindset (Green Belt level would be an advantage)

Proven ability to analyze, understand and solve complex problems (always solution oriented)

Good expertise in MS Project (or any other PMO advanced system). Smartsheet expertise would be an advantage
