Develop and implement a comprehensive category sourcing strategy for logistics - intl. and domestic, inbound/outbound, air, parcel and warehousing services etc. aligning with the organization's overall goals and objectives

Establish and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers. Conduct supplier performance evaluations and implement improvement plans

Lead the sourcing and procurement activities for logistics -identifying suppliers, conducting RFIs/RFPs, evaluating proposals, and selecting vendors. Negotiate key terms to ensure favorable agreements

Identify and mitigate risks associated with logistics categories. Develop contingency plans to ensure business continuity. Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to proactively address potential risks

Lead and participate in cross-functional projects related to logistics
What you bring along
-
At least 5 years of experience in product management & supply chain in healthcare/MedTech is a must, with a strong understanding of hospital needs and patient care

Proven experience leading global product launches and cross-functional teams, particularly in healthcare settings, with knowledge of connected devices and HIS/EMR/EHR

Degree in business or related field, Master’s degree preferred

Strong business acumen and analytical skills, with proficiency in data analysis, performance metrics and customer feedback integration

Fluent in English, with German language skills preferred
