Karo Healthcare is looking for a hands-on RGM Manager to jump in and drive impact from Day 1. We’re not here to maintain - we’re here to accelerate. If you’ve got 3+ years of RGM experience and are hungry to lead pricing, promotions, and pack architecture across major European markets, this is your moment.

📍 Hybrid (Maidenhead + Travel to Düsseldorf) | 🕰️ 6-Month Contract (May Start) | 🏥 Healthcare / FMCG

Your Impact

  • Be the strategic RGM partner to local commercial teams in the UK and DACH
  • Lead price architecture and pack strategy initiatives across key brands
  • Leverage global pricing analytics tools to support both short- and long-term decision-making
  • Run promotional performance reviews and guide market teams toward smarter, ROI-driven actions
  • Deliver trade investment analysis to drive transparency and effectiveness
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams - category, insights, Power BI, and more
Requirements
  • 3+ years of hands-on RGM experience, ideally in FMCG or Healthcare
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen
  • Experience working with market data and translating insights into actions
  • High proficiency in Excel; Power BI familiarity is a plus
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills - you’re a natural business partner
  • Ability to work independently, with structure, in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluent in English
