Job Overview
Joining the Global Reward team, you will play a crucial role to help deliver our global reward strategy to attract, engage and retain the best people for our business, specifically supporting the integration of dentsu’s newest acquisition, TAG. This role combines project management, planning and facilitation, with reward partnering for our global business areas. Supporting a matrix and network organisation you will be the key reward consultant leading all aspects of Reward integration globally for all dentsu markets within which TAG operates. You’ll work closely with the Regional Reward teams and Tag HR to ensure consistency of approach and alignment to market practice.
In addition to being a subject matter expert in compensation and job sizing, this role will manage the global integration of TAG employees into the dentsu career framework and the harmonization to benefits and policies within respective markets & regions.
Strong influencing and communication skills will be important as well as a deep compensation expertise to work with, educate and support key stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of all aspects of Rewards integration.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Working closely with the HR Integration lead for Tag, Global Reward Director, Regional Reward Leads, Regional HR Leads, this role will ensure the successful project management and execution of the Global Reward agenda by managing a detailed project schedule, documentation and communication/change management as required. Specific responsibilities include:
The role:

4 days per week (2 days in the office) as the lead the execution of the global Reward integration of ~2,700 TAG employees into respective regions including alignment of reward practices, schemes/plans, and cycles, mapping to the dentsu career framework, and partnering with the benefits lead and local HRBP’s on the harmonization of benefits and policies. Guide the regional HR teams to deliver the agreed upon outputs within scope; Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan; monitoring progress, and keep stakeholders informed the entire way.

Ensure continual alignment with other projects/programmes as appropriate – proactively identify and seek to resolve differences between interest groups

Build and present comprehensive proposals for review for the appropriate forums and engagement materials/ status updates for other Steering committees as required.

Establish and maintain effective governance and decision making for the delivery of projects regionally and cross-functionally (ensure the right parties and sponsors are informed and aware of the development and delivery of the projects)

Ensure rigour and oversight of decisions whilst balancing need for agility, delivering consistently on our principles of transparency and equity, while ensuring a positive employee experience.

Drive education of Business Leaders and HR in the motivational and organizational aspects of the reward agenda.

Strong project management and organizational skills – excellent time management and ability to multi-task among competing demands.

Experience and knowledge of the annual compensation cycle including the salary and incentive review, market data collection and analysis, market research and budgeting for salary increases.

Detail-oriented, ability to meet deadlines and to make professional judgement and critical decisions. Able to deliver high quality documentation; presentations and guidance documents, and put management principles in place to support cascade and version control.

Excellent interpersonal skills and the proven ability to build strong working relationships at all levels, generating confidence through healthy challenge and debate.

Excellent influencer who can create a compelling case based on empathy and analysis/ fact base, adjusting their personal approach to influence change in a range of stakeholders.

Experience of working within a fast paced international organisation; operating across multiple time zones and countries.

Experience with global M&A Integrations a plus
Key Experiences:

The ideal candidate will be a Reward Manager with Project and Process management experience, possibly with consultancy background.

Excellent project management skills (from design to implementation), with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously maintaining disciplines and focus, managing consultants and stakeholders.

Collaborator skilled at working with Senior Business and HR Leaders in a highly matrixed, diverse multi-national environment.

Knowledge of compensation and benefits laws, regulations, and best practices in at least one of our core locations.

Deep technical understanding of compensation management, job sizing methodologies and job architecture.

In addition to all of the above experience and knowledge of short term incentives including sales-oriented solutions would be desirable, but not essential.

Ability to drive continuous improvement in reward policies, processes and procedures – finding new and innovative ways to reward and celebrate our people.
