As a Program Management Office Associate within Global Real Estate (GRE), you will play a pivotal role within the GRE Program Management Office (PMO). You will contribute to project management, business operations and analytics, and technology system support across the PMO initiatives. You will support implementations that drive and influence process transformation throughout the GRE project lifecycle, collaborating with regional and functional teams to define and enhance GRE's end-to-end process management. These projects will be highly visible, impacting financial, process, technology, and operational aspects across GRE.
This role reports into the PMO Global Head within the Chief Operating Office (COO) and is onsite based in New York.
Job Responsibilities:
- Gather and translate business requirements for process transformation initiatives into clear, actionable project scope and requirements to support associated implementations.
- Collaborate with regional and functional subject matter experts (SMEs) to document GRE processes and proactively identify opportunities for process improvements. Challenge processes and current ways of doing things, propose and execute on simplifications.
- Lead the execution of process improvement and change management initiatives across all phases of the project lifecycle.
- Develop and lead training and communication activities for implementations and engagement programs, driving system adoption and utilization.
- Monitor project outcomes post go-live and address any resulting issues. Maintain the scope for enhancements and liaise with technology teams on prioritizing the enhancement backlog.
- Maintain a project backlog of initiatives and prioritize efforts across GRE groups.
- Provide analytical support by gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data to inform decision-making. Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate insights and trends, enabling data-driven strategies and solutions.
- Work with the PMO lead to establish a reporting framework for KPIs and SLAs through data definition and tracking.
- Develop reporting and visualization tools for GRE leadership to drive decision-making, mitigate risks, and inform future process improvement opportunities.
- Create executive-level business review materials and messaging, supporting delivery of COO initiatives across the project lifecycle as required.
- Provide system administrative support for PMO applications, including managing user access, maintaining evergreen training materials, and leading training activities.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- 4+ years of experience in a project management, business management, program implementation, or change management role.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role, with experience in project management methodologies and tools.
- Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written, communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable presenting across stakeholders and effectively leading meetings and trainings.
- Proficiency in requirement gathering and documentation techniques.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Flexible work style, ability to work with stakeholders and colleagues at all levels and to develop, maintain, and strengthen partnerships that can provide information, assistance, and support.
- Strategic thinker with sound analytical skills - ability to understand and translate strategic initiatives into tactical plans, with strong problem-solving skills and ability to drill into the detail.
- Demonstrated experience establishing and meeting goals, tracking and driving enhancement opportunities, and presenting progress of the same to senior management.
- Proven expertise in creating visually engaging PowerPoint presentations and delivering them with clarity and confidence to diverse audiences, as well as MS office suite applications- Excel, Word, and Visio (workflows).
- Demonstrated ability to gather, analyze, and interpret complex data sets, with a strong proficiency in statistical analysis and data visualization tools. Experience in translating data insights into actionable recommendations.
