We are looking for a Global Product Manager to join our growing team in Infrastructure Managed Services. Rockwell Automation's Lifecycle Services business is looking for a team-oriented, growth-minded person with experience communicating complex technical concepts to a variety of audiences to join our Network & Cybersecurity Services Portfolio team. You will report to the Infrastructure Managed Services Global Capability Manager and lead continued differentiation in our Infrastructure Managed services while leading the development of a long-term offering roadmap. You will be responsible for high-visibility Infrastructure Managed services offerings that support our strategic goal of providing lifecycle services to our customers while driving the growth of our portfolio.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Lead the current and future Infrastructure Managed Services Product Line, including services ranging from assessments and implementations to managed services.
  • Lead the strategy for outward commercial messaging of your services.
  • Jointly measure and analyze business performance with the Capability Manager to gain insights into customer buying behaviors.
  • Connect the Infrastructure Managed Services Product Line to other businesses within Rockwell Automation to deliver total solution value to customers.
  • Evaluate new and emerging technologies in the Infrastructure Managed Services marketplace for integration and development of standard portfolio offerings.
  • Represent Rockwell Automation at Infrastructure Managed services industry events and provide expertise to the industrial marketplace.
  • Identify customer needs and collect customer requirements globally from multiple sources to understand market problems.
  • Lead product line marketing, including presenting concepts, business cases, value propositions, and development to key stakeholders and executives.
  • Collaborate with multiple services and technology Business Unit Product Managers to ensure the roadmap of products/services/initiatives is widely understood, supported, and aligned with the broader company strategic and product roadmaps.
  • Identify gaps between the desired roadmap and the realizable roadmap, including options for bridging the gap.
  • Advocate for the voice of the customer in the product development process.
  • Track and lead year-over-year growth around products under direct control.
  • Collaborate with Commercial Marketing, Business Development, and Sales to develop marketing plans and commercial launch activities.
  • Work with the product development team and contribute to detailed requirements during development.

The Essentials - You Will Have:

  • Bachelor's Degree

The Preferred - You Might Also Have:

  • Typically requires 8 years of experience in product management, product development, sales, marketing, or a related field in the area of Infrastructure Managed Services.
  • Bachelor's Degree in IT, Business, Engineering, or Marketing.
  • Commercial background and knowledge of cybersecurity offerings.
  • Expertise in current industrial cybersecurity industry trends, competitive landscape, and service gaps.
  • Experience guiding teams through complex and ambiguous scenarios.
  • Experience communicating complex concepts to a variety of audiences, including executive teams.
  • Previous global experience.
  • 10-15% travel expected.
