Join us as our Global Onboarding Lead
Are you ready to shape the future of onboarding at Novonesis? We are seeking a Global Onboarding Lead to enhance and harmonise our processes, ensuring a consistent experience across all regions. Join us in creating an impactful onboarding journey.
You will be instrumental in designing and maintaining the Novonesis Global Onboarding concept. You will align onboarding processes with specific business and regional requirements, establish manager guidelines on our intranet, and create templates to support various stages of onboarding. Your analytical skills and project management expertise will drive improvements and streamline operations
Welcome to the Candidate Experience Team
We strive for a seamless transition for every new hire. As the Global Onboarding Lead, you will work closely with regional recruitment teams and HR IT to develop a unified approach to onboarding. Your role is pivotal in liaising with stakeholders and ensuring our processes support business needs.
In this role you’ll make an impact by:
- Developing and implementing global onboarding concepts.
- Creating manager guidelines and communication materials.
- Coordinating with regional teams to harmonise onboarding approaches.
- Driving improvements in recruitment systems.
- Evaluating onboarding activities for enhancements.
- Collaboration with colleagues is essential as you partner with internal and external stakeholders, sharing insights to refine processes.
Potentially relevant experience:
- Experience working with onboarding concepts in a large global organisation (more than 6000 employees)
- Project management skills, including scoping, work breakdown, prioritisation, planning, time management, and stakeholder management.
- Concept development skills with creative thinking and the ability to align global and local processes.
- Communication skills for internal communications with different stakeholders, including developing tools and guidelines.
- Implementation and change management skills.
- Knowledge of TA/onboarding system/tech, with an understanding of the onboarding user experience from the tech/system angle and using tech to improve the onboarding experience.
