Job Description

The Global Network Manager, is a fundamental role in making sure that the various scopes and topics that are transversal across scopes and geographies are known and understood and that they are connected with the individual subject matter experts across teams. The role ensures unficiation across all Global, Regional and Local market counterparts, filling white spots and supporting connectivity on topics at an individual level.

Sitting across Europe, North America, China, South Korea and Emerging markets and Global, the Network Manager has visibility over the Global and Regional Campaigns as well as any Regional/Local Innovations, and is responsible for driving Brand Consistency via the BDF Governance Model

By building and maintaining strong relationships with the EM Network Manager, and the EUNA Business Manager, and the NEA markets, the Global Network Manager facilitates effective communication and collaboration, ensuring alignment and support for Global and Regional initiatives. By identifying opportunities for process enhancement and risk mitigation.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in client services or project management, with a proven track record in digital and data-driven marketing projects and/or operations.
  • Experience working in Global/Regional/Local operating models with ability to manage diverse stakeholder groups, and connect dots accordingly
  • Strategic thinker
  • A hands-on team player, with a desire to grow into a key central role, within the POT Agency Model
  • Exemplary client liaison skills
  • A strong communicator
  • A rapid learner with the ability to simplify complexity
  • Solid writing and speaking skills in English
