Job Description SummaryThe Global MR Marketing Operations Leader will be responsible for operational support of global marketing events, exhibits, inventory management and other related activities as well as overseeing the global MR marketing budget management and planning. In relation to these various activities, the Marketing Operations Leader will manage different external agencies and vendors, as well as serve as the liaison between functions (Finance, central marketing, Engineering and MR Product Segments) to ensure global brand alignment, strategic planning and logistical support.

Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities

Supports MR marketing annual budget development and planning process
-
Develops and tracks the MR marketing budget (including any regional support) covering both expense and investment (P&E) as it relates to marketing programs, sponsorships, and trade-shows

Establishes regular operating mechanisms to monitor and review marketing spending to maintain alignment with quarterly targets

Facilitates payment of sponsorships and AST requests for MR marketing events and trade-shows

Manages generation of payments to approved marketing agencies / vendors

Supports strategic planning and leads tactical execution and activity communication of global tradeshows including RSNA and ISMRM and other critical Tier 1-Tier 3 E&Es

Oversees & supports equipment planning and tactical execution (including management of engineering technicians) for global tradeshows

Establishes regular operating mechanisms to review and recap planned exhibits and events globally

Explores creative, modular solutions to address global tradeshow / exhibit needs with potential cost-and time-savings

Owns marketing equipment tracking and supports global shipments and deployment for key exhibits / events

Works with regional marketing leaders to organize local trade-shows and events requiring modality-owned material.

Understands global brand standards to oversee a consistent and world-class approach no matter the scale of the exhibit or event

Owns and manages event-in-a-box

Works closely with shared service groups and functions (marketing, marketing communications, product management, marketing ops) to ensure global collaboration & support
Required Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university or college
-
Minimum 5 years project management experience (Marketing or related field)
-
Prior experience managing or overseeing event, tradeshow and congress planning
-
Prior budget management experience
-
Willingness and ability to travel occasionally up to 10% of the time
Desired Qualifications

Prior experience in Healthcare field – knowledge of diagnostic imaging space preferred

For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $100,800.00-$151,200.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
