About the Job

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Global Commercial Lead to join the Dupixent team, reporting to the Global Commercial Head of New Indications in Dermatology. This pivotal role will drive the commercial strategy and develop prurigo nodularis into a blockbuster indication.

You will be working in the Global Immunology Alliance Franchise team where we take pride in our commitment to excellence and value our team culture. The Global Marketing Lead, DUPIXENT Dermatology will drive the integrated HCP marketing strategy and tactics for the Dupixent Dermatology portfolio with a particular focus on Prurigo Nodularis (PN). Building on a best-in-class commercialization approach, this role is dedicated to optimizing and sustaining market leadership for PN. Reporting to the Global Lead New Indications (Dermatology), this leader will work closely with cross-functional teams and key markets—including the US, Japan, and Germany—to continuously refine and execute strategic initiatives that enhance Dupixent’s position in dermatology.

Main Responsibilities:

Strategic Alignment & Planning:

  • Develop and refine the global PN commercialization strategy as part of the annual Global Brand Plan process, ensuring alignment with the overall Dupixent Dermatology strategy.

  • Leverage competitive insights and market intelligence to continually optimize tactical approaches and maintain a strong market position.

Market & Stakeholder Engagement:

    • Engage with key external stakeholders—including healthcare providers (HCPs) and opinion leaders—to gain deep insights into the evolving needs in PN, ensuring Dupixent remains the standard of care.

    • Lead the development of branded HCP promotional messaging for PN, collaborating with key markets to support aspirational positioning in the dermatology space.

    • Oversee the development of global materials and tactical plans that resonate with HCPs, ensuring that messaging is both scientifically robust and commercially compelling.

Ongoing Commercial Excellence:

  • Work closely with key markets (US, Japan, and Germany) to monitor and drive performance initiatives for PN, ensuring best practices and learnings are shared across regions.

  • Develop and execute competitive action plans for PN to maintain market leadership amid emerging competitive pressures.

  • Spearhead the integration of PN initiatives into the broader dermatology portfolio, creating synergies that enhance overall brand equity and generate a positive halo effect.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Leadership:

  • Build strong relationships with internal functions—including medical affairs, market access, market development and insights/analytics—and with alliance and agency partners to ensure a coordinated, data-driven approach to PN strategy.

  • Manage external agencies and vendors in alignment with internal quality processes and standards.

About You

Key Capabilities & Experience Requirements:

  • Successful US & global HCP marketing experience in specialty care biopharma

  • Proven ability to maintain market leadership in competitive environments

  • Experience with omnichannel strategies for complex therapeutic areas

  • Strong analytical skills to convert data into actionable insights

  • Excellent cross-functional leadership without direct authority

  • Experience in managing alliances and external agencies.

  • A robust business and scientific foundation, supported by global /US marketing experience (experience with dermatology assets is a plus).

  • Results-driven with ability to meet tight deadlines

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years in pharma/biotech with experience leading blockbuster specialty brands

  • Successful product launch experience

  • Deep understanding of the dermatology market and/or immunology therapeutic areas.

  • Strategic thinking and data analysis skills

  • Strong leadership and communication abilities, experience in team management

  • Experience in key markets

  • MBA or equivalent preferred

The salary range for this position is:

$202,500.00 - $292,500.00
