Location: London, Amsterdam (other locations considered, European work hours)

The Ice Cream business is operating in a highly attractive category, as we are part of the 1 trillion snacking and refreshment industry, growing consistently at high pace. We are investing to unlock the full growth potential of Ice Cream as a standalone entity, once we separate from Unilever, which is planned to happen by November 2025.

JOB PURPOSE AND SCOPE:
As part of our transformation strategy, we are seeking a dynamic highly skilled Finance Professional to join our team to lead the creation of a world class Finance proceses in our upcoming new ERP implementation. Finance processes in scope are Supply Chain Finance and Finance Excellence Team / FP&A activities (planning, budgeting, & forecasting). In this pivotal role you will be the primary driver of this Finance workstream, ensuring its alignment with business objectives, industry best practise and ERP system capability. You will lead the global design, build, deployment and ensure the transition to smooth operations for Finance capabilities across the 4 BUs in the new IC Company.
This role will focus heavily on transformation, process design, and change management, ensuring consistency across the business and facilitating a smooth transition to new systems and ways of working.
The candidate will need a strong ability to understand complex business process needs and play a challlanger role for the organisation on a “fit to standard approach”. Therefore, excellent understanding and experience of complex processes, data and governance are key to succeed.
The successful candidate will be one that has significant Supply Chain and Planning (S&OP, Financial forecasting, Transfer Price set up) expertise with a proven record of leading process transformation and has a passion for building world class capabilities and a desire to make a meaningful impact.
This role will exist in its current form for 2.5- 3 years.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Process Leadership: Define, design, and drive the global Finance SCF & FET processes and associated technology choices ensuring standardisation and scalability across regions in strong collaboration with Deloitte specialist teams.
- ERP Implementation: Serve as the key decision-maker for process-related configurations within the ERP and supporting systems, collaborating closely with implementation partners and technical teams.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the bridge between functional teams, IT, and key stakeholders in the 4 BUs to gather requirements, address pain points, and deliver a streamlined aligned approach.
- Change Management: Drive change initiatives, ensuring smooth adoption of new processes and tools, including training and communication strategies.
- Test, Validate, and Optimize:
- Participate in ERP system testing and validation, ensuring proper financial reporting structures.
- Identify potential gaps and propose enhancements for process optimization.
- Support training and knowledge-sharing initiatives to ensure a successful transition to the new ERP system.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:
- Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in FP&A, Supply Chain Finance / Logistics / Factory Controlling, management reporting, and financial planning.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP mostly).
- Strong knowledge of financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Experience in ERP transformation and financial process standardization is a plus.
- Technical & Analytical Skills:
- Strong understanding of management reporting structures and planning & budgeting processes.
- Ability to analyze financial data and drive continuous process improvements.
- Familiarity with automation tools and digital finance solutions.
- Collaborative Leadership:
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work across functions and influence key stakeholders.
- Experience in working within a fast-paced, evolving business environment.
