Global Infrastructure Business Analyst

In this position you will lead business analysis activities for the Global Infra team.

Your responsibilities 

• Implementing business analysis principles, methodologies, planning, and tools 

• Expertise in applying techniques that help when investigating, analyzing, modeling, and recording a business area or system of interest, including business environment analysis and process modeling ERP proof of concept planning and execution 

• Managing the business analysis function whilst working with an external implementation partner 

• Ensure monthly reporting, invoicing, and licensing with business units and vendors 

• Be responsible for the infrastructure supplier management process  

• Prepare and provide the decision criteria for the Infrastructure Service Owners, to make a real impact on the effectiveness and profitability of the organization Influence and shape the value proposition of the IS Infrastructure organization 

• Take an active part in IT Policymaking, together with other senior technical staff and Vendor Managers 

• Take an active part with the service owner and respective Area IS Manager for the software and IT services procurement  

• Support cloud-related training efforts by working through the enablement and training team to ensure training requirements are identified and documented, and supporting the design and delivery of training 

Your background / Requirements 

• Understanding of the pros and cons of different implementation methodologies, including Waterfall and different flavors of Agile  

• Extensive practical knowledge of extracting, migrating, cleansing, and importing data from heterogeneous sources 

• Experience managing the business analysis function whilst working with an external implementation partner  

• Successful projects implementation in banking/finance sphere 

• Experience in working with remote stakeholders and vendor management  

• ERP, Cloud knowledge and practical experience 

• IT budgeting experience 

• Team management 

• Excellent analytical, mathematical, and creative problem-solving skills. 

• Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal
