Job Description
Your contribution to something big:
Our HR organization in Bosch is going through the biggest transformation from decades. As part of the HR Digitalization Journey, we aim to improve customer satisfaction, enable higher efficiency of the processes, whilst being stable and future proof.
- Create clarity in HR Shared Service organization processes, identify improvement potentials and drive the implementation of projects in alignment of the global strategy
- Decrease complexity with eliminate variants of processes, decrease the different versions of forms and templates
- Contribute to achieve customer oriented and cost competitive operation
- Design waste-free processes fit for the locations need, as well as fulfill the country specific legal requirements
- Increase automation degree of processes by identify potentials and ensure proper business analysis for projects
- Collaborate with the global team members to foster worldwide standardization and bench-marking
- Act as a trainer/ mentor/ coach to improve knowledge and maturity of organizations
Qualifications
What distinguishes you:
- Professional experience in a Shared Service organization with focus on HR admin processes (e.g. Termination, Compensation and benefit, Learning administration)
- Solid experience in optimizing processes, standardization activities
- Experience in leading improvement projects, moderating workshops
- Experience to use LEAN tools and methods or finished studies in similar field (e.g Business analyst)
- Ability to solve problems on a sustainable way
- Having strong service mindset: empathy, patience, and positivity to provide solutions
- Having self-driven working attitude
- Flexibility and resiliency to adapt to a growing and fast-changing work environment, ability to work in a multicultural and matrix organization
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Experience in Change management is a plus
