Job Description
As a Global HR Generalist, you'll be the go-to advisor for employees and managers, handling issues head-on and providing strategic partnership. You'll dive into a variety of Human Resources tasks and programs, from performance management and coaching to team building and compliance. By collaborating with our global HR team, you'll help improve organizational success and boost employee well-being. Reporting to our HR Director, Integrated Supply Chain, you'll be at the heart of our HR operations.
Your Responsibilities:
- Team Partnership: Lead the charge in guiding organizational effectiveness and rolling out HR programs.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with key stakeholders to understand and address business and employee needs.
- Policy Implementation: Be the expert on HR policies, covering Employment Legislation, Talent Management, Learning and Development, Performance Management, Recruitment, Workforce Planning, Rewards Strategies, and Employee Engagement.
- Skills and Competency Development: Ensure our teams have the skills, structure, and rewards to hit both short- and long-term goals.
- Goal Alignment: Partner with HR colleagues, COEs, HR Services, and business leaders to keep us focused on our goals, including organizational effectiveness and workforce planning.
- Policy and Program Development: Spot opportunities for new policies and programs to support our goals.
- Talent Assessment: Keep our talent pipeline full and ready.
- Leadership Capability: Foster elevated levels of leadership across the business.
- Workforce Planning: Understand hiring needs, assess talent requirements, analyze workforce trends, and anticipate skill gaps.
- HR Technology and Automation: Harness HR technology and automation to make smart, efficient decisions.
The Essentials - You Will Have:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Must be authorized to work in the US; we do not sponsor employment visas.
The Preferred - You Might Also Have:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field.
- Typically requires 3 years of broad HR generalist experience. Recent university graduates with intern or applicable experience are encouraged to apply.
- Experience with data analytics, data visualization, and use of artificial intelligence to increase efficiency
- Understanding of HR processes including performance management, coaching, conflict resolution, team building, employee development, and facilitation.
