As our new “Global Journey Owner - Websites and Leads” you will take full ownership of Saxo Bank’s commercial website home.saxo. You will be driving significant business impact through aligning the presentation visuals and marketing messages with the updated and ambitious global strategy and our brand guidelines.
Your primary focus is to improve “Visitor to lead” conversion rates and drive commercial outcomes through the publication of relevant content and strategic initiatives. You will assume business ownership of the International version of the site and work very closely together with local marketing managers in the offices creating and supporting the 22 local language versions of the website targeted at their local market.
From our HQ in Hellerup, Copenhagen you will lead a team of 15 experts, including webmasters, copywriters, domain managers and client insights specialists. In addition, you will take leadership for a Product Owner and set priorities for the IT team managing our Sitecore CMS platform, drawing on resources from central functions such as UX, UI, CRO, and Client Insights specialists.
This is a high-visibility, high-impact leadership role that requires strategic vision, exceptional stakeholder management skills, strong execution capabilities, and a data-driven approach to optimize the customer journey and achieve measurable results.
Having an interest in or experience with some of the following investment products - stocks, bonds, ETFs, CFDs, Forex, and options - will be highly valuable.
You will get a seat in our Global Senior Management Team and be asked to take a lot of ownership and to share your plans, roadmap, and activities at the highest level in Saxo. As Global Journey Owner, you will be part of the Group Commercial organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Journey Strategy & Optimization
- Ensure that home.saxo reflects the business strategy and corporate brand guidelines

Continuously deliver on both larger, global campaigns and also local initiatives, product roll-outs etc..

Define and execute a clear strategy to maximize conversions and drive traffic and lead generation.

Use data-driven insights to continuously refine and optimize user experiences and engagement.
Traffic Acquisition & Conversion
- Attract and retain high-quality organic traffic globally.

Ensure technical and on-page best practices are implemented to ensure high conversion rates.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Lead a diverse team of senior professionals, prioritize work and nurture a true collaborative spirit and high-performing culture.

Together with the Product Owner and IT team continuously develop and improve the CMS platform.

Align priorities with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product teams, to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
Performance Measurement & Product knowledge

Own and drive KPIs for web conversion rates, SEO performance, and overall customer journey success.

Together with CRO specialist you will develop and share clear reporting frameworks to track progress and impact.

Ensure the team have product knowledge and are on top of relevant insights and information.
What We’re Looking For:

Experience: 8+ years in digital acquisition with a leadership role in customer journey management. Proven track record in optimizing large-scale web platforms with measurable business outcomes.

Skills: Knowledge and/or strong interest in investment. Proven leadership skills with experience managing multidisciplinary teams. Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills. Expertise in CRO strategy. Proficient in CMS platforms, preferably Sitecore. Strong analytical abilities to drive actionable insights.
- Mindset: Customer-centric and results-oriented. Innovative thinker with a passion for testing and learning. Ability to navigate and influence within a matrixed organizational structure.
