We’re looking for a Global Head of Revenue Operations to lead our revenue organization to the next level. In this pivotal leadership role, you will architect and execute a robust Revenue Operations strategy, ensuring seamless integration of systems, processes, and teams to support both organic and inorganic growth initiatives.
What You’ll Do
- Strategic Leadership: Align Revenue Operations with company growth goals, partnering with the CRO and leadership team to optimize GTM strategies, revenue scalability, and operational efficiency.
- RevTech Mastery: Own and optimize our revenue technology stack (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Clari), ensuring seamless integration and actionable insights.
- Analytics & Forecasting: Build advanced analytics frameworks and forecasting models to support data-driven decision-making and predictable revenue growth.
- GTM Optimization: Drive alignment across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to improve conversion rates, customer acquisition, and retention.
- M&A Integration: Lead RevOps integration post-acquisition, aligning systems and processes to accelerate value creation.
- Leadership Excellence: Build and lead a high-performing Revenue Operations team while mentoring and fostering professional growth.
Your Profile
- Experience: 10+ years in Revenue Operations or related fields, with 5+ years in senior leadership roles.
- RevTech Expertise: Hands-on experience managing and optimizing complex technology stacks.
- Analytical Mindset: Proven ability to leverage data for strategic insights and business decisions.
- M&A Experience: Demonstrated success in post-acquisition systems and team integration.
- GTM Knowledge: Deep understanding of customer journey optimization and GTM strategy.
- Leadership Skills: A collaborative leader skilled at building and managing high-performing teams.
- Private Equity Insight: Familiarity with the expectations of PE-backed companies is a strong advantage.
