About the Program
This two-year program is designed for aspiring finance professionals who want to deepen their industry knowledge and gain hands-on experience. Through two one-year rotations across various Finance & Business Management (F&BM) teams within our Corporate & Investment Bank (CIB), you'll develop a comprehensive understanding of our business.
What You'll Experience
- Collaborative Culture: Work alongside top-tier professionals to shape critical business decisions and initiatives.
- Professional Development: Enhance your skills with comprehensive training, mentoring, and access to senior leaders.
- Diverse Roles (1 rotation after 1 year): Engage in projects across several key areas, including:
- Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A): Lead and coordinate budgeting and forecasting processes and prepare management reports for senior leadership.
- Product Control: Join the Securitized Product Group to ensure compliance with P&L recognition, risk reporting, and balance sheet management.
- Business Management: Strategically manage capital, drive growth, and provide analysis to improve results and drive decisions.
- Controls: Ensure the integrity and validity of financial statements and perform critical reporting and control functions.
- Digital & Platform Services: Partner across the firm to provide financial and strategic analysis and develop new reporting capabilities.
- Legal Entity Controller: Oversee key financial and regulatory functions, ensuring compliance with local regulations and preparing management reports.

About You
We're looking for finance enthusiasts eager to drive strategic business decisions. Ideal candidates will possess:
- A strong academic background - with a minimum GPA of 8 on a 10-point scale is a plus .
- Pursuing a B.A. degree with an expected graduation before / by April 2025.
- Advanced proficiency English is mandatory.
- Skills in problem-solving, creativity, and strategic thinking.
- Attention to detail, resourcefulness, and the ability to excel in a collaborative setting.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Relevant internship experience and leadership roles in academic or community organizations / Up to 2 years of experience as an Analyst
