Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and innovative New Product Experience Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in delivering exceptional presentations, experiences, and training programs that showcase our portfolio to internal teams, resellers, national accounts, and distribution channels. The ideal candidate will be a creative storyteller, a collaborative team player, and a subject matter expert in our current and future product experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Presentation & Experience Delivery:

Deliver highly effective and engaging presentations and experiences to key internal stakeholders, including sales, call centers, marketing, product teams, and employees.

Present and demonstrate the future portfolio to resellers, national accounts, and distribution channels, creating impactful and memorable experiences.
Content Development & Customization:

Customize and translate the team’s interactive experiences into compelling content, including videos, presentations, documentation, and other materials.

Develop engaging and innovative content that aligns with the portfolio's vision and goals.
Training & Enablement:
-
Create and deliver "Train the Trainer" programs for resellers, national accounts, distribution channels, and partners to enable effective "sell-through" of the portfolio.

Equip partners with the tools and knowledge needed to represent the portfolio confidently and effectively.
Event Collaboration:

Collaborate with key resellers to showcase the portfolio at major events, ensuring alignment with reseller-led initiatives.

Manage and execute product experience engagements with resellers (B2B) to drive impactful results.
Ongoing Engagement & Thought Leadership:

Maintain ongoing engagement with reseller teams through quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and other initiatives to drive thought leadership around the portfolio.

Foster strong relationships with reseller teams to ensure continuous alignment and success.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to deliver highly effective results and ensure alignment across all initiatives.
Technology & Innovation:

Embrace and leverage future product technologies to create "wow" moments in demonstrations and experiences.

Stay ahead of industry trends and maintain subject matter expertise on current and future product experiences.
Professional Communication:

Exhibit highly professional communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively engage with diverse audiences.
Qualifications:

Proven experience in delivering impactful presentations and experiences.

Proficient in MS Office, Mac OS, iOS and Android

Willing to always stay on top of key technology skills

Strong content development skills, including creating videos, presentations, and documentation.

Expertise in training and enablement programs, particularly in a B2B environment.

Exceptional collaboration skills with the ability to work across multiple teams and stakeholders.

Strong understanding of technology and a passion for creating innovative product experiences.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German.

Ability to manage multiple projects and engagements simultaneously.

Self-starter able to work remotely and independently with the high degree of emotional intelligence
