Global ESG Strategy Expert Responsibilities:
- Lead Global initiative defining ESG strategy
- Conduct comprehensive ESG research and analysis, evaluating client’s performance against industry-specific criteria and standards
- Identify key ESG risks, opportunities, and trends, providing insights to support strategic decision-making and risk mitigation
- Develop a global roadmap and ESG protocol(s) to push down to client sites globally
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement ESG strategies, policies, and initiatives that align with sustainability objectives
- Monitor and measure ESG performance indicators, track progress, and produce regular reports to communicate findings to internal and external stakeholders
- Use critical thinking to break down complex concepts
- May require a technical solution to optimize projects
- Bachelor's or Masters degree Life Science, business, or related field
- Conduct comprehensive ESG research and analysis, evaluating client’s performance against industry-specific criteria and standards.
- Identify key ESG risks, opportunities, and trends, providing insights to support strategic decision-making and risk mitigation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement ESG strategies, policies, and initiatives that align with sustainability objectives.
- Monitor and measure ESG performance indicators, track progress, and produce regular reports to communicate findings to internal and external stakeholders.
- Use critical thinking to break down complex concepts.
- Proven ability to solve problems creatively and independently lead and deliver large projects.
- Excellent analytical skills
- 3-5 years of experience leading ESG or Emission related projects.
- At least 7-10 years experience within the Life Science Industry required.
- Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project) and methodologies
