The Global Demand Planning Manager will lead a team responsible for demand planning or integrated planning of EGMs, signage, and systems. This position is charged with independent decision making that drives the accurate forecasting of production demand with associated returns, identification and resolution of forecast variances, economic impacts, and business trends as well as communicating those decisions to leaders, partners, and stakeholders. The role is responsible for assuring the assembly of data, performance analysis, problem identification, and recommendation development which supports supply chain planning and operations. The Global Demand Planning Manager role includes orchestration of S&OP cycle meetings, incorporating product trends, life cycle timelines, as well as contributing to special projects and other supply chain and business strategy initiatives. The ideal candidate possesses analytical and communication skills with the ability to lead a team to understand, predict, and enhance supply chain processes. They can quickly navigate complexity, identify deviations from expected results and other disruptions and can promptly resolve any issues, develop and maintain professional relationships with internal and external planning partners, and balance quantitative and qualitative business insights.
What You'll Do
- Lead and manage a team of demand planners and integrated planners for production and returns of EGMs, signs, and systems.
- Manage monthly S&OP cycle meetings including the development of focus topics, considerations of upcoming lifecycle changes, and impacts of changing business strategies.
- Establish and foster knowledge and relationships across different parts of the organization.
- Maintain supplier, industry, technology, and manufacturing understanding to support planning and analysis strategies.
- Maintain integral knowledge of the total planning process and appropriate planning strategies to support the supply chain.
- Lead demand and supply strategies, create and deliver timely demand and integrated plans, investigate challenges, develop root cause analyses, recommend solutions, improve efficiencies, and maintain/improve forecasted costs.
- Initiates and oversees continuous improvement projects to streamline demand planning and integrated planning processes.
- Create a high-performing culture by hiring, retaining, and developing top-quality talent.
- Manage/track projects by setting the right expectations of timelines and quality.
- Interact with various leaders from across the business, attend meetings, and present ideas, solutions, and project status.
- Independently lead and present S&OP outcomes to global supply chain leadership.
- Develop presentations and lead discussions with internal and external leaders, partners, and stakeholders.

What We're Looking For
Required
- Minimum 10 years of experience in demand planning, supply planning, purchasing, or related functions.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in supervising, managing, leading, and/or mentoring team members.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Analytics, Business, or a related field, or equivalent.
- Ability to meet changing demands, adapt to frequently changing priorities, and manage complexities.
- Experience collaborating across time zones with US, Australia, and India teams.
- Ability to manage expectations, communicate, and provide direction to team, in line with business priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into high-level analysis, demand planning, and supply planning.
- Possess strong problem-solving, project management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate across cross-functional teams.
- Ability to prepare, present and clearly communicate solutions to supply chain and commercial audiences.
- Ability to enlist the cooperation of peer groups involved in common business goals and objectives.
- Passionate, self-motivated, and enthusiastic, continuously seeking ways to achieve excellence.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills along with excellent customer service skills.
- Excellent relationships with key internal and external customers based on trust and confidence.
Preferred
- Supply chain/operations certification is a plus, such as APICS, CPIM, or lean.
- Experience with formal Sales & Operations Planning cycles
- Proficiency in using technology tools that enable demand and supply planning and reporting in a global supply chain.
- Some experience with SQL and relational databases.
