Job Summary;
As a Global Corporate Bank Vice President within our Large Cap team, you will be responsible for managing and growing our business with a particular focus on clients across Turkiye & CIS region
The selected candidate will leverage our international network of bankers and product partners to lead client delivery from a global perspective. Relationship responsibility is global across our network and full set of corporate banking products; Debt Capital Markets, Payments, Credit, Financing, Trade, Markets (Foreign Exchange/rates/ commodities), Securities Services and Asset Management.
This role provides the chance to build effective relationships, gain in-depth understanding of the client's business, and demonstrate your knowledge and experience on a full set of corporate banking products. Your proactive task management, responsiveness, and execution capabilities will be key in delivering our bank to our clients with determination, consistency, and passion.
Job Responsibilities;

  • Working with product and investment banking coverage bankers to pitch for new client relationships and new business with existing clients
  • Leverage the bank's international network of bankers and product partners to efficiently lead client relationships from a global perspective and address clients' needs
  • Assisting Senior Corporate Bankers to develop and deepen relationships and coverage for a portfolio of Turkiye & CIS headquartered clients
  • Jointly with products partners, identifying and leading tailored marketing of products addressing clients' needs
  • Leading credit risk and other internal approval processes for all credit asks across products
  • Revenue responsibility for top line growth as well as for sound risk return metrics and KPIs set by the business
  • Being the first line of defence for continuous credit quality monitoring. Leading credit risk and other internal approval processes for loans and all counterparty exposures
  • Onboarding of target clients and presentation of the respective business and credit cases to the relevant internal partners and committees


Required qualifications, capabilities and skills;

  • Proven Corporate/Investment Banking experience across Turkiye & CIS region
  • Proven ability to develop client relationships, win new business, close transactions and build networks, both internally and externally
  • In-depth knowledge of banking products
  • Risk management expertise with experience in originating credit and debt capital markets transactions
  • Proven influencing skills with a track record of managing cross cultural environments and inter-department collaboration
  • Strong team player who can equally contribute individually and consistently high standard of personal integrity and commercial judgment
  • Excellent quantitative and analytical skills
  • Creative, inclusive and an innovative team player
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively in presentations, expressing complex financial strategies in an organized and articulate manner
  • Excellent communication skill to effectively interact with senior professionals, clients and key stakeholders in other lines of business and managing cross cultural environments
  • Must be willing to travel regionally and internationally
  • Fluency in English, Turkish and preferably Russian
