Join our dynamic team as an Associate, Product Solutions Specialist, focusing on Global Clearing and Cross-Currency Payments. This role is pivotal in executing growth strategies for cross-border and cross-currency payment solutions. You will work closely with various teams to drive revenue growth, enhance client engagement, and deliver innovative payment solutions.
As an Associate, Product Solutions Specialist within the Global Clearing and Cross-Currency Payments team, you will implement strategies to expand market share in the APAC and Middle East regions. You will collaborate with various teams to enhance client engagement and deliver tailored payment solutions.

Job Responsibilities:
- Implement strategies for growth and market share expansion of cross-border and cross-currency payments (under Xpedite suite of products), particularly within the APAC and Middle East region.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert for the Global Clearing and Cross-Currency Payments product suites, coordinating and delivering client presentations and presales activities. Collaborate with Payments Sales teams to develop and present tailored solutions.
- Identify new revenue opportunities for Global Clearing and Cross-Currency products by analyzing payments data and prospecting potential clients. Drive new business opportunities from origination to closure.
- Work closely with sales, product management, and the RFP team to manage RFP responses and pricing decisions.
- Stay informed on market trends and evolving client needs in the payment space and provide continuous feedback to Product teams for product enhancements and builds.
- Manage the pipeline for the global clearing and cross-currency products, target list development to mandate execution and deal closure.
- Work with product, business management and other teams for various internal reporting including senior management.
- Assist Financial Institution clients in positioning Global Clearing and Cross-Currency Payment products to their underlying customers and streamline onboarding and integration processes.
- Deliver product updates and training sessions to sales, client services and other internal teams, ensuring they are equipped with the latest product knowledge and market insights.
- Work with various teams to help resolve client and product related issues as needed.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- 2 years or more of experience in banking, product management, client service, operations or sales, particularly in cash management or cross-border payments.
- Minimum of Bachelor's Degree
- Exceptional writing, verbal communication, and presentation skills. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Advanced analytical skills with the ability to analyze market data, product financial data, and develop initiatives and target lists to support product sales efforts.
- Strong interpersonal skills, adept at collaborating with key internal business partners such as Sales, Product Management, Operations, Client service and Implementation partners regionally and globally
- Strong organizational skills, including the ability to multi-task and work autonomously.
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience with FX and Payments products. Curiosity and familiarity with new technologies and innovations in the payments landscape.
- Ability to understand product architecture and subsequent application to solving client's needs.
- Ability to work under direct portfolio growth targets and develop collaborative relationships with key internal partners, including sales, product management, client service, operations and Global Bankers.
- Experience in a client-facing role and in developing products and/or marketing those services.
