The Opportunity
As Global Business Process Specialist for Demand to Pay you will be a part of the Business Process Management Organization of Demand to Pay. You will support the continuous global harmonization, standardization and automation of the Demand to Pay processes, especially in the areas of Supplier Onboarding. The role establishes related standard Roche Services and Solutions (RSS) procurement and finance services for the Affiliates, in close cooperation with relevant deployment teams (e.g. ASPIRE). The role is familiar with the end-to-end process templates and uses them as a basis to define, describe and implement necessary configurations for each service recipient, in consultation with Global Business Process Managers.
Please note that this is a fixed-term position until the end of 2026.
Your day to day responsibilities are:

Act as a Global Business Process Specialist (GBPS) for Supplier Onboarding (SO) related processes and solutions (e.g. HICX, SAP MDG-BP)

Prepare and execute workshops, describe and align potential exceptions/deviations and drive related IT adjustments.

Actively drive and support the project deployment relevant deliverables around requirement gathering, testing, training and hypercare phases

Collect, challenge and provide new requirements to the Development Team and assure that local legal/statutory requirements are met

Analyze change impacts by identifying key stakeholders and local sponsors, to map and manage resistance to change.

Ensure timely communication and reporting to the central deployment team and to relevant Global Business Process Managers (GBPMs).

Continuously align with relevant neighboring projects, initiatives, governance functions, IT and other stakeholder groups.
As a qualified expert, you have:
-
Bachelor or Master Degree in Business or Finance.
-
5+ years Procurement / Supply Chain / Finance / Project and/or Process management experience.

Strong presentation skills as well as written and verbal communication skills in English.

Excellent understanding of Procure to Pay processes, specifically in the Supplier Onboarding areas.

Strong influencing skills and ability to work in complex global networks with international teams and stakeholder communities.

Understanding of procurement related Key Process Indicators (KPIs).

Agile mindset (speed, stability, flexibility) - works according to and brings in the agile mindset concept in daily operations (e.g. SCRUM, LEAN, Kaizen)

Salary starts from 2300 EUR gross/monthly. Final salary depends on the successful candidate's level of experience, skills and qualifications.
