Job Description
Reporting to CFO, global & regional Finance innovation & processes (FIP) teams aim at providing internal consulting services to Finance departments of LDC, driving functional efficiency improvement initiatives and engaging the digital transformation of the group. Within Finance innovation & processes (FIP) function, the candidate’s position is part of the team dedicated to Treasury & global markets (risk hedging) activities.
Acting as a functional expert on solution implementation projects and day-to-day run, Junior Global Business Process Owner (BPO) Integration & Support, Treasury main responsibilities are the following:
- Structure: build and maintain an operating model to serve Treasury function’s objectives; act as core model controller
- Process: design, implement and maintain efficient Treasury processes, leveraging an expertise in business and methodology best practices
- People: lead business transformation through team coordination during projects (at each phase: from business discovery to go live, including testing, training & communication) and core model alignment / business support during run activities (together with support teams)
- Technology: actively participate in system implementations (from selection of the solution to its global roll-out and continuous evolution) together with IT teams
Scope-wise, Junior Global Business Process Owner (BPO) Integration & Support, Treasury covers the following:
- Business activities: Bank & Cash management, Financing, Risk hedging (called ‘global markets’ at LDC), Treasury-related accounting
- Systems: TRAX bank communication system and QUANTUM Treasury management system provided by FIS, SAP ERP (connected with TRAX and QUANTUM), Other (FX ALL by Refinitiv, Bloomberg, Power BI, etc.)
- Geographical footprint: global level, represented by 6 regions (Emea, South-East Asia, North Asia, South Latam, North Latam, North America)
Qualifications
- University degree in Business Administration with major in Finance/Accounting/Controlling alternatively with complementary studies in Information Systems Management.

2-5 years minimum of strong operational or audit/consulting experience in Finance and Treasury.

Experience in participating in cross-functional teams’ environment; ability to perform in various roles from individual contributor to a leadership role; ability to contribute to planning and organization.

Experience establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with other business organizations; successful experience in working with diverse groups of people in a problem-solving environment.
Additional Information
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities :
- Fundamental understanding of core Treasury, accounting and finance processes is required.
- Keen on finance processes improvement and IT. Having an experience in a project would be a plus.
- Evident ability to analyze and challenge workflows, being analytical and synthetic.
- Exceptional organizational ability with a very strong attention to detail.
- Must be able to work independently and take ownership of this role.
- Ability to work under time pressure and result oriented.
Technical skills/knowledge :
- Experience with functional and technical aspects of Treasury systems (TRAX/ QUANTUM for example) and ERP systems (SAP for example).
- Experience with Reporting & BI solutions (Power BI for example).
- Being fluent in English is required
