How you will contribute
You will be the center of excellence regarding the Gifting route to market by co-creating and implementing our growth strategy. You will drive the digital commerce flywheel to support this strategy. You will be the key spokesperson for our business partners in strong liaison with the MEU & global digital teams. Next to the online gifting part you will be coaching two channel development managers and together co-create our OOH channel growth agenda for BNL.

Purpose of the role
In this role you will be responsible for co-creating and implementing our Gifting & OOH Channel growth strategy. You will be responsible yourself for the development of our gifting growth agenda via business partners and platforms. You will be the BNL spokesperson for our gifting business partners in strong liaison with the MEU digital commerce team to build our brands and revenue. To drive the OOH growth agenda in BNL you coach two channel managers, to co-create and execute our strategy.
Main responsibilities
- Define Gifting & Channel growth strategies in BNL
- Prioritize and drive gifting growth including Flywheel management
- Building best in class relationships with strategic external partners and negotiate best possible deals
- Ensure MEU alignment and fit with strategy for international partner/customers
- Coaching of two Channel Development mangers
- Development and follow up of OOH growth strategies including portfolio management & activation

Qualifications & Leadership competencies
- 5+ years working experience
- Ability to create a strategic LT growth agenda
- Experience in Digital Commerce or Digital Marketing
- Commercial experience in Sales and/or Category Planning
- Business acumen and commercial skills
- Selling and negotiating with impact
- Strong drive for results and ability to get things done
- Ability to handle complex business challenges and projects
- Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of organization and across markets and cultures
- Fluent English / Dutch
