Your Impact

Are you ready to launch your career in technology and eCommerce? At Clearer.io, our application support analysts play a vital role in ensuring customer success. Based in Leicester City Centre, this role is perfect for those starting out or looking to turn their passion for technology into a thriving career in eCommerce.

To succeed in this role, you must have advanced-level German proficiency to effectively support our German-speaking customers. You'll provide essential support to high-value customers and agencies, contribute to shaping global support processes, and build strong relationships while mastering our suite of apps.

What you’ll do:

  • Customer-Centric Support - Partner with customers and agencies to resolve technical issues across email, chat, and phone, delivering outstanding service.
  • Collaborative Problem-Solving -Work closely with colleagues and developers to resolve customer requests efficiently, ensuring smooth feedback and support.
  • Innovative Solutions -Develop tailored solutions to customer challenges, leveraging communication skills and coordinating with cross-functional teams like support, sales, and partnerships.
  • Trusted Advisor -Foster strong relationships with customers, offering professional and reliable support that exceeds expectations.
  • Actionable Insights- Log issues and feature requests based on customer feedback, contributing to product innovation and improvement.
  • Master the Platform -With guidance and development, grow into an expert on the clearer.io product suite, capable of providing exceptional support and guidance.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Fluency in German and English to an advanced level, with the ability to explain technical concepts in both languages
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to write and speak clearly across various channels.
  • Enthusiasm for learning and working with eCommerce technologies like Shopify and Klaviyo.
  • A foundational understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, or a keen interest in developing these skills.
  • German and English to an advanced level, with the ability to explain technical concepts in both languages.
  • A proactive, organized, and personable approach to helping customers feel confident and supported.A desire to learn, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and adapt to changing priorities.
