You will manage the delivery of all HSE activities in a manufacturing facility or commercial areas (offices, Sales, Warehouses) , including standards & procedures, capability processes, reporting, compliance and audit. That means you will define and review standards and legislation applicable to site, validate design for HSE into projects and modifications, and support defined work processes (e.g. IIM pillar) to improve HSE application and effectiveness. Also, you will map all applicable legislation and internal standards, ensure ongoing compliance and manage relationship with legal department and local authorities. How you will contribute
You will:

  • Co-ordinate implementation of all HSE programs and processes. Prepare and build consensus annual plans for facility/function wide HSE initiatives
  • Plan/Budget/Control annual capital budget for HSE to enable execution of the HSE plan and adherence to all internal and external compliance standards
  • Provide HSE expertise for the facility/function for all new projects and change management activities
  • Ensure appropriate risk assessments are conducted and follow ups implemented to minimize or eliminate accidents, asset losses that might cause harm to one of the company's employees, contractors, visitors
  • Ensure that the appropriate talent is in place through training, mentoring, and succession planning and supports development and learning capabilities of Safety specialists
  • Ensure the facility standards are in compliance with both Company and governmental/community regulations
  • Ensure training and coaching are taking place to drive a safety-perfect culture and to ensure safety standards and awareness are well understood throughout the plant organization


What you will bring

  • Experience as a Health, Safety and Environment Practitioner preferably within a manufacturing or commercial environment
  • Demonstrated experience managing a team, change management and project management
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and influencing skills with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
  • Experience with Health and Safety audit experience


Requisitos:

  • Inglês fluente para reuniões com time global.
  • Experiência sólida em liderança de equipe
  • Experiência em auditoria interna.
  • Desenvolvimento de projetos para a área comercial e programas de segurança do trabalho.
  • Experiência com clientes internos como Vendas, Merchandising e Frotas.
  • Conhecimento avançado nas Normas Regulamentadoras de Segurança do Trabalho (NRs).
  • Familiaridade com programas de cultura de segurança.
  • Autonomia, criatividade e proatividade.
  • Graduação completa em Engenharia
  • Disponibilidade para trabalho presencial 2 vezes por semana no escritório (São Paulo, Zona Sul).


Diferenciais:

  • Especialização em Engenharia de Segurança do Trabalho (concluída ou em andamento) e/ou Formação técnica em Segurança do Trabalho.
  • Espanhol desejável.


Atividades:

  • Assegurar a realização de avaliações de risco adequadas e implementar ações de acompanhamento para minimizar ou eliminar acidentes e perdas de ativos, garantindo a segurança de colaboradores, contratados e visitantes.
  • Gestão de projetos nas áreas de Meio Ambiente e Segurança do Trabalho.
  • Gestão de orçamento da área de segurança.
  • Interface com clientes internos como Vendas, Manufatura, Facilities e Frotas.
  • Promover e assegurar o desenvolvimento de uma cultura de segurança dentro da empresa, garantindo que os padrões de HSE (Saúde, Segurança e Meio Ambiente) e a conscientização sobre segurança sejam amplamente compreendidos.
  • Implementar e gerenciar campanhas internas para engajar todos os colaboradores em práticas seguras.
  • Monitorar e reportar indicadores de segurança, como taxas de acidentes e dias perdidos, utilizando os dados para decisões estratégicas e melhorias contínuas.
  • Estabelecer contato proativo com entidades governamentais e reguladoras, garantindo a conformidade com as normas vigentes.
  • Desenvolver e executar projetos de segurança do trabalho para áreas como Vendas, Merchandising e Frotas, assegurando sinergia e eficiência nas operações.
  • Gestão de equipes para garantir a eficácia nas operações de segurança.
