The Opportunity:
- Provide on-site Subject Matter Expertise (SME) for Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT)-related efforts.
- Provide programmatic insight and operational knowledge regarding intelligence community (IC) and service GEOINT platforms/sensors/data links, processing capabilities, and architectures.
- Support development and maintenance of ACC’s long-term GEOINT processing vision/roadmap.
- Develop, document, and track GEOINT features/requirements in direct support of program roadmap and leadership-level objectives.
- Support/enable cross-discipline teams of developers from national laboratories, University Affiliated Research Centers and industry partners as they develop and field GEOINT solutions.
- Provide support to the preparation of documents for GEOINT programming actions (e.g. Program Objective Memorandum, ACC Multi-Year Program Execution Plan, etc.).
- Support Air Force leadership briefings specific to GEOINT processing related issues, to include authoring, coordinating, and speaking.
Responsibilities:
- Support GEOINT concept development, operational/exercise planning and execution, and Tactics, Techniques and Procedure development.
- Plan/execute GEOINT projects as directed by ACC customer in coordination with others (e.g. program office personnel, HQ USAF, and national/service agencies) as required.
- Participate in meetings, conferences, technical exchanges, and program reviews in support of the government customer.
- Participate in GEOINT processing troubleshooting and fix action development.
- Provide guidance for the preparation and maintenance of all documentation for processes and procedures related to requirements development and maintenance.
- Maintain current knowledge of rapidly changing technologies and work with management to continuously improve processes.
- Experience establishing and working in shared requirements and collaboration environments in multiple security enclaves, such as SharePoint, JIRA, and other applications on NIPR, SIPR, and JWICS.
Required:
- BA/BS (or equivalent experience), 10+ years of experience within the Air Force GEOINT community
- Must be able to obtain TS/SCI and work on classified-hosted tools environment.
- Ability to and required to work in-person at classified tools environment at Langley AFB
Desired:
- Experience managing projects requiring extensive collaboration with multiple stakeholders from numerous agencies and services to establish both virtual and in-person working groups to create complex products and briefings IAW HAF and ACC guidelines and suspense.
- Experience communicating with senior technical and scientific subject matter experts and stakeholders from DAF, service, joint, Intelligence Community (IC), national labs, and other organizations.

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$86,800-$191,000
