About the role
As a General Operator at Alleima, you will be at the heart of our production processes, ensuring that our advanced technologies come to life.
Your key responsibilities will include:
—Setting up, calibrating, and operating machines used in production processes.
—Following established procedures for operating various manufacturing equipment.
—Selecting and measuring raw materials and parts to specifications to prepare for production processing.
—Resolving issues related to the organization's production, machinery, processing, and/or packaging operations.
—Inspecting operations and products against specified tolerances using precision measuring tools.
—Determining and correcting minor machine malfunctions and performing simple routine maintenance and cleaning.
—Adhering to safety and housekeeping (5S) requirements.
About you
You are a dedicated worker who thrives in a hands-on role. Your practical problem-solving skills and ability to dive into work head-on make you an ideal fit for this position. You have experience in manufacturing or production operations, including assembly, machinery, processing, and/or packaging. Your attention to detail ensures that you can inspect machining operations and finished products with precision.
