Job Overview:

Convertri is seeking a results-driven General Manager to lead our next phase of growth. This role is perfect for a hands-on leader with a deep understanding of SaaS businesses, conversion-driven technologies, and digital marketing. The GM will own business targets, inspire teams, and ensure Convertri continues to deliver on its promise of innovation, speed, and performance.

What Your Work Will Entail:

  • Strategic Vision and Execution:
    • Develop and implement growth strategies to expand Convertri’s market share in the sales funnel and website builder space.
    • Balance long-term vision with day-to-day operational priorities to ensure strategic goals are met.
  • Product Innovation and User Experience:
    • Work closely with the product team to drive enhancements that improve user experience and deliver measurable value to customers.
    • Stay ahead of market trends and competitors, ensuring Convertri maintains its position as the fastest and most flexible platform in its category.
  • Customer-Centric Growth:
    • Analyze customer feedback and usage data to optimize features and identify new opportunities for product development.
    • Strengthen relationships with power users, affiliates, and digital marketers to build a loyal user base.
  • Marketing and Revenue Growth:
    • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine Convertri’s go-to-market strategies, focusing on acquisition, retention, and upselling opportunities.
    • Oversee key metrics like customer acquisition cost (CAC), lifetime value (LTV), and churn to ensure profitability and growth.
  • Operational Excellence:
    • Implement scalable processes that drive efficiency and enable the team to execute with precision and speed.
    • Monitor platform performance and uptime to maintain Convertri’s competitive edge in speed and reliability.
  • Team Leadership:
    • Build, lead, and mentor a team of high-performing professionals, fostering a culture of accountability and innovation.
    • Align cross-functional teams to deliver on company objectives.
  • Leadership Communication:
    • Provide regular updates to the leadership team, highlighting business performance, key achievements, and actionable insights.
    • Represent Convertri externally as a thought leader in the sales funnel and web design community.

What You Bring To This Role:

  • Ability to demonstrate three areas of excellence / achievement in a similar role.
  • 10+ years of experience in revenue leadership roles, with a strong background in PLG SaaS.
  • Proven experience in scaling a technology product and entering new markets.
  • Proven track record of scaling revenue, leading high-performing teams, and achieving aggressive growth targets.
  • Strong understanding of web design principles and the importance of high-speed, flexible web pages in various industries.
  • Expertise in sales funnel strategies, web design technologies, or related fields.
  • Strong understanding of customer acquisition, retention, and scaling SaaS platforms.
  • A track record of hitting or exceeding revenue and operational targets.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and align teams.
  • Data-driven decision-maker with strong financial acumen and analytical capabilities.
  • Deep understanding of subscription-based business models and key metrics (e.g., ARR, MRR, LTV, CAC).
