About the Role
We are hiring a General Manager to launch, operate and integrate new service lines and distribution channels into our core business. This person will be responsible for top-line growth and profitability of their area. They must be able to thrive at multiple levels, including the strategic (e.g., build a business case that can get buy-in from CEO/CFO, develop quarterly and semi-annual cross-functional plans, and run a weekly operating cadence that moves us forward against those goals), and day-to-day operations (e.g., build/run scrappy & manual processes, build reports, and work with customers).
Great candidates will run through walls to get to outcomes, be obsessed about details (particularly for customers), and have a strong growth orientation (e.g., do things that don’t scale to validate hypotheses). In addition, they will have to have a strong intuition for process development and optimization, and also be self-sufficient analytically.
Required Qualifications

6+ years of experience in building, either as an early start-up employee, launching new businesses within a larger company, or an ex-founder.

Strong financial acumen (i.e., be able to navigate a P&L statement and have frameworks to justify investment/spend).

A demonstrated experience in launching new or scaling new products, services, or distribution channels

Proficiency with SQL and GSheets/Excel

Expertise in writing technical requirements, project plans/updates, experiment results, and strategy documents
