· Ability to lead and run a business division independently. Prior experience of developing and executing marketing/business plans will be a plus.
· Passion for building a team and delivering business growth through diligent execution of plans is required to succeed in this role.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- This is a senior level role and reports directly to Chief Operating Officer.
- This role is expected to manage multiple key strategic customer accounts and further build our customer portfolio in specializations like healthcare, real-estate, BFSI etc.
- The role is essentially that of leading internal teams and managing digital plans for key customers - ensuring deliverables and business targets promised to clients are met.

Above all, the applicant should be entrepreneurial in nature, someone who will enjoy leading from the front and drive a team of marketers, technologists, developers and designers towards delivering business goals.
We are looking at candidates who are good with people, display maturity while dealing with colleagues and customers and are great at managing multiple priorities. Given the nature of the industry, the individual should be able to take on pressures of deadlines sportingly.
Other qualifications and experience requirements:
- Experience: Relevant experience in marketing, branding is preferred. Understanding of marketing principles is a must.
- Communication Skills: Good communication skills, both written and verbal is a must. Being able to articulate brand campaign ideas to clients and internal team is essential.
- Analytical Skills: A command on numbers, marketing effectiveness measurement is essential.
