Safeguard SIM Group’s legal rights and intellectual property in all aspects of its business operations and strategy.
Accountabilities:
1. Render legal advice to the Group on all aspects of operations such as highlighting unfavourable terms and conditions and pursuing remedies.
2. Draft, review and/or negotiate all agreements, MOUs and other documents.
3. Creating contract templates such as tender documents and PD agreements.
4. Lead/manage dispute resolution.
5. Manage panel of external lawyers on topics such as litigation general advice.
6. Provide intellectual property advice and support.
7. Manage Personal Data protection and compliance for the Group
8. Oversee the governance & compliance of the Group.
9. Provide legal advisory for cross-border transactions and entity setup in jurisdictions in Asia.
