Role and Missions - What you will do 🚀
Join the Game Ops team at Homa and help shape the future of our game portfolio!
As a Game Ops Intern, you’ll be at the forefront of post-launch optimization and Live Ops feature development, ensuring our games achieve their full potential. Reporting directly to the Head of Game Ops, your responsibilities will include:
- Feature Prioritization: Analyze data insights and collaborate with the team to identify, prioritize, and plan impactful game updates and features.
- Studio Management: Work closely with external studios to drive production, provide constructive feedback, and ensure deadlines are met.
- Release Management: Oversee game updates, coordinate with QA for quality assurance, and handle live deployments.
- Performance Analysis: Design and execute A/B tests, analyze outcomes, and propose iterations to maximize game performance.
Preferred Experience – What’s Your Profile? 👀
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Gaming, Strategy, Data, or a related field at a French university.
- A strong passion for mobile gaming.
- Strong analytical skills and familiarity with gaming KPIs like LTV, retention, and playtime.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to manage external studios and internal teams effectively.
- Proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
- A curious mindset for mobile gaming products combined with a strong business acumen and entrepreneurial spirit.
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
- Must be enrolled in a university that can provide a Convention de Stage.
- Available for a 6-month full-time onsite internship in Paris.
