About the Role: MUFG Bank Seoul branch is seeking an FX sales person to cover Japanese Corporates, preferably with experience in either the FX market or the finance sector in general. The role will be responsibile for developing and strengthening FX and Derivatives sales business and contributing to achieve profit targets, offering tailored financial solutions and driving business growth. 

What you will be doing:

  • FX and Derivatives Sales activity specific to Japanese Clients
  • Communicate directly with Japanese Corporate clients to promote FX and other derivatives products to help clients achieve risk management objectives
  • Build and maintain customer relationship by phone, emails and face-to-face meetings including analytical market updates, macro-economic views, product information and strategy advice
  • Create bespoke analysis on clients' exposures and advise on the most efficient/effective ways of mitigating or eliminating exposures and risks
  • Execute client trades with quickness and accuracy
  • Collaborate with internal partners in other Sales, Trading, Banking team and others to ensure holistic solutions are delivered to clients
  • Prepare presentations, market reports, management reports and other special projects, and provide thoughtful, analytical, and creative content
  • Manage internal operational and administrative matters in the team

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree or above
  • Fluent business English communication skills both written and spoken
  • Strong knowledge and experience in the finance sector, preferably in FX and Derivatives
  • Proven experience in corporate sales within the banking or financial services industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure and time management skills required
  • Patience, strong will to learn and adapt
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Certified Derivatives Investment Advisor holder is preferred but not a must
  • Japanese proficiency is a plus but not a must
