Role Summary 

The FX Salesperson will be part of the Foreign Exchange team at Marex Solutions (Marex Hedging Solutions Division) based in Paris, France.

Overall Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage a client base of small/mid-cap/large corporates for their Foreign Exchange in Germany and Austria. This includes generating own revenues from your own client base
  • Ability to price, structure, model and execute* FX derivative transactions *(provided necessary regulation requirements are met)
  • Work with other salespersons across the Marex network to open new FX relationships and cross-sell to commodities clients
  • Proactively performing day-to-day tasks such as client prospecting, client onboarding and proactively responding to any client queries as well as assisting the rest of the FX Sales team
  • Working closely and liaising with all the internal teams supporting the Hedging Solutions business within the

  • Managing client post trade services/workflow
  • Ensuring compliance with the company’s regulatory requirements
  • Adhere to the operational risk framework for your role ensuring that all regulatory or company determined parameters are complied with

  • To ensure that you are fully aware of and adhere to internal policies that relate to you, your role or any other activities for which you have any level of responsibility

  • Carrying out regulatory activities under the Marex Financial trading books
  • Liaising with clients
